25 - Rubber Bands

I didn't post this one as my #25 but technically it is my 25th painting. Painted on the same day as my boiled shrimp. I'd like to go back to the idea of painting rubber bands because I love the colors, shadows and shapes, but next time I'll paint the blank canvas, let it dry, then paint the colors on top.

In most cases you start by painting your darkest darks first, but that doesn't work in this case. Lesson learned.
